CONOR MCGREGOR CAUSED a bit of a stir with his remarks about Floyd Mayweather, and the boxer is reportedly not impressed with the Irish MMA fighter as a result.
McGregor recently claimed he could “kill” Mayweather in less than 30 seconds, adding:
“If you can box, what happens if I grab hold of your legs?
“It would take me less than 30 seconds to wrap around him like a boa constrictor and strangle him.”
TMZ report that Mayweather has responded, quoting the American fighter as saying:
“I don’t take that dude seriously. He’s just trying to get himself some publicity.”
Agree with him or not, McGregor certainly knows how to provoke debate.
