Leinster's fullback problems persist as Nacewa and Kearney sit out training
LEINSTER FULLBACKS ROB Kearney and Isa Nacewa sat out training today after both were kept out of Sunday’s defeat to Wasps through injury.
The captain and Ireland international are two of eight injury worries for Leo Cullen ahead of Satruday’s trip to face Bath at the Rec, with Sean O’Brien, Richardt Strauss and Mike McCarthy restricted to light cardio work-outs while they progress through the concussion return to play protocols.
Leinster report that the trio of Rhys Ruddock (wrist), Luke Fitzgerald (shoulder) and Ben Te’o are expected to be fit for this weekend. The prognosis for the latter two was similar last week, but all three trained in UCD today.
