NICOLAS ROCHE HAS today reflected on a historic moment in Irish cycling, as he sits atop the leaderboard of the Vuelta.
In the video below, he reveals that he never would have had the “confidence” to perform as he did yesterday if he hadn’t won stage 2.
And Roche was clearly ecstatic about the performance, describing how it is “definitely the best week of my life”.
