There were 3 brilliant goals in 5 mad minutes of Meath v Westmeath

Brian McMahon’s brace came hot on the heels of an excellent Westmeath goal.

MEATH STROLLED INTO a comfortable early lead over Westmeath in today’s first Leinster football semi-final.

However, Kieran Martin’s 23rd minute gallop forward from centre back breathed life back in to the game and took Westmeath to within three points of the Royals.

Unfortunately for Westmeath, their ‘game-on’ face seemed to have been lost again when Brian McMahon switched into overdrive with two stunning finishes.
