Here's your GAA coverage on TV and Radio this week

There’s plenty Dublin and Kerry coverage this week to look forward to.

THERE’S ONLY ONE show in town this Sunday.

The latest chapter in the Dublin and Kerry rivalry takes place on Sunday afternoon.

A place in this year’s All-Ireland senior football final against Mayo is at stake in Croke Park.

And there’s plenty coverage around the game to look forward to.

Here’s the lowdown.

Sunday

All-Ireland senior football semi-final: Dublin v Kerry, Croke Park, 3.30pm

RTÉ 2 has live coverage of the second of this year’s football semi-finals. It all kicks-off at 1.15pm with the minor clash between Tyrone and Roscommon (1.30pm).

For the senior game, host Michael Lyster is joined by the big punditry trio of Colm O’Rourke, Pat Spillane and Joe Brolly. There is commentary by Darragh Maloney and he will be joined by Kevin McStay.

For the Sunday Game later that night (RTÉ 2, 9.30pm), host Des Cahill reviews all the day’s action from Headquarters. He’ll be joined by Martin McHugh, Dermot Earley and Tony McEntee.

If you’re not near a TV, RTÉ Radio 1 will have full commentary on the game. Jacqui Hurley and Darren Frehill present Sunday Sport from 2pm from Croke Park.

They will be joined at the stadium by analysts Oisin McConville and Dessie Dolan with John Maughan the commentary analyst for the game. There is also live radio commentary of the game by Radio Kerry.

Saturday

All-Ireland ladies football semi-finals

TG4 has live coverage on Saturday from Kingspan Breffni Park in Cavan. The intermediate semi-final is first up at 2.15pm between Cavan and Down with commentary from MacDara Mac Donnacha.

The senior semi-final is contested by Galway and Monaghan at 4pm with commentary from Brian Tyers. Grainne McElwain presents TG4′s coverage of the games.

Championship Matters

Thursday, RTÉ Two, 8.30pm

Presenter Marty Morrissey is joined in studio by Monaghan’s Ulster championship winning boss Malachy O’Rourke along with Cork goalkeeper Alan Quirke and Kildare’s Emmet Bolton.

In the Hot Seat for the Championship Matters quiz is Dublin’s Ger Brennan.

Friday, 3e, 6.30pm / Saturday, TV3, 8.30am

Kieran McSweeney is joined by former Dublin footballer Senan Connell and and former Westmeath and Galway boss Tomás Ó Flatharta to look ahead to Sunday’s clash between Dublin and Kerry.
