The Irish players in question were voted to appear in a poll conducted by ExtraTime.ie.
The sleeve can be downloaded via this link from tomorrow, while the game itself will be in stores from midnight tonight.
It also marks the sixth consecutive time that the series has featured the League of Ireland.
