Short and sweet

Jose Mourinho didn't spend long writing his programme notes this week

The Blues can clinch their fourth Premier League title this afternoon.

CHELSEA ARE ON the brink of their fourth Premier League crown and can clinch the title with victory over Crystal Palace this afternoon.

Given they’re unbeaten at home this season, it’s widely expected the Blues will get the job done against their London neighbours and there’s sure to be a party atmosphere at Stamford Bridge.

Ahead of the game, Jose Mourinho has used his match day programme notes to rally the supporters and motivate his players with Chelsea so close to a first league title in five years.

However, Jose has kept it short and sweet this time and more importantly, to the point.

“Three more points to be champions. Let’s do it together,” he wrote.

Kick-off at the Bridge is 1.30pm.
