And the 2018 July All-Star hurling awards go to…

Let the debate begin. Here are the front-runners ahead of this weekend’s semi-finals in Croke Park.

FOUR TEAMS ARE left in the race for All-Ireland hurling glory.

Provincial champions Galway and Cork, along with quarter-final victors Limerick and Clare are the outfits in contention to land the Liam MacCarthy Cup next month.

With all but three games played for the season, we’ve taken a stab at selecting our All-Star hurling teams from the summer so far.

There’s a consensus below in choosing 10 players – Eoin Murphy, Daithi Burke, Colm Spillane, Padraic Mannion, Darragh Fitzgibbon, Cian Lynch, Joe Canning, Séamus Harnedy, John Conlon and Patrick Horgan.
