Leinster make six changes from last weekend’s 62-0 win over Harlequins: Tommy O’Brien, Jordie Barrett, Cian Healy, Rónan Kelleher, Tadhg Furlong and Max Deegan all start.
Jack Conan captains the side, and the bench is stacked. Robbie Henshaw — set to earn his 100th Leinster cap — Dan Sheehan, Andrew Porter and Caelan Doris are among the replacements.
Glasgow, meanwhile, are depleted through injuries and suspension, with Zander Fagerson the latest Scottish international ruled out.
The prize on offer tonight is a semi-final spot against Northampton Saints or Castres.

Here’s that early Leinster try:
Leinster 7-0 Glasgow: Max Deegan finishes off a wonderful team try for Leinster who hit the front.
20 mins – Incredible defensive composure from Jordie Barrett to keep Kyle Rowe out. Glasgow capitalise on a loose O’Brien kick, and almost gets in behind with a superb grubber — burning Prendergast — but Barrett does enough to get there first and quell the danger.
Adam Hastings is yellow carded and sin-binned for a deliberate knock on: he slaps down Kelleher’s pass to van der Flier, after a stunning cross-field kick from Prendergast.
Easy does it. JGP straight out to Lowe from a 5m scrum, and the wing dots down.
No extras from Prendergast, but himself and Gibson-Park were excellent in the previous period of pressure. Leinster in complete control, yet to hit the half-hour mark.
Tommy O’Brien marks his first Champions Cup with a try. What a finish after a superb step. Leinster really are at their brilliant best here, playing some excellent rugby, moving the ball from left to right at ease, and clinical when it comes to it.

Leinster 33-0 Glasgow
38 mins - Glasgow are desperately trying to find something before half time, and boy, do they need it. But as I type, Barrett strips Fagerson. How good has he been?

Wow, what a first half performance from Leinster. 33-0. Leo Cullen’s men have run riot at the Aviva Stadium, with five tries on the board.
Jordie Barrett had a try chalked off early on, but Max Deegan, James Lowe, Jimmy O’Brien and Hugo Keenan are all on the sheet. There was also a penalty try in there, for a deliberate knock on from Adam Hastings.
Between that and the time Hastings was in the bin, Glasgow shipped 19 points.
Shell-shocked, to say the least. Complete and utter one-way traffic.

Leinster 40-0 Glasgow: Gary Ringrose shows great strength to skips through the Glasgow defence before adding a sixth try.
55 mins - Glasgow are doing their utmost to get on the board here, and win a penalty in a good position for a Ringrose slap on the ball. They go to the corner, as Leinster continue to empty their bench. We’ll bring you those changes shortly.
Glasgow moving through the gears. It’s brought back for a penalty advantage, another 5m line out and they go again.
Just to note the defensive excellence from Barrett earlier, what a game he is having.
