'It's unbelievable!' - Van Gaal irritated by reports regarding Depay and Giggs

The United boss had a bit of a rant before tonight’s Champions League tie against CSKA Moscow.

MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER Louis van Gaal admitted this evening that he was “irritated” by reports which suggested that Dutch star Memphis Depay and his assistant manager Ryan Giggs arrived late for a team meeting ahead of tonight’s Champions League Group B game against CSKA Moscow at Old Trafford.

“I think a lot of things are happening today without knowing the truth,” Van Gaal said.

Depay has been injured lately but he was a late call-up to the squad after Morgan Schneiderlin was struck down by illness, while Giggs had to attend a UEFA meeting.

Van Gaal explained all in his pre-match interview with BT Sport.
