CORDARRELLE PATTERSON SCORED on a long touchdown run to give the Vikings a first-half lead before eventually beating the Bears 20 -23 last night.
After the play, Patterson wanted to high-five something, somebody, anybody and so moved towards the friendly man in a striped jersey.
The official initially rejected Patterson’s overtures, but eventually relented with a smile on his face.
Still not the worst example of a referee celebrating a score….
