Novak Djokovic to appear in Expendables sequel

The Serb will spend a few hours on set in Bulgaria, alongside Sylvester Stallone and Jason Statham.

WORLD NUMBER ONE tennis star Novak Djokovic will make a cameo appearance in The Expendables 2, according to reports, after being invited to make an appearance by the movie’s producer, Avi Lerner.

Djokovic will play himself in the new film in a cameo role that will likely only require a few hours filming.

The sequel stars Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and Dolph Lundgren and will also feature appearances from Bruce Willis, Chuck Norris and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The movie is set for release this summer.
