MICHAEL SAM LOOKS set to become the first openly gay NFL player, after the college footballer, who is expected to be selected in the league’s upcoming draft, came out publicly on Sunday.
While most pundits were highly supportive of Sam’s decision, some expressed reservations about it, suggesting he may be a ‘distraction’ in the dressing room.
However, American sportscaster Dale Hansen has responded to these doubts with an impassioned and inspirational speech in support of the player.
