WITH UFC 201 now out of the way, MMA’s leading organisation are cranking up the hype machine for their next pay-per-view card, which will be headlined by Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor.
The pair will meet in the main event at UFC 202 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, 20 August — a rematch of March’s UFC 196 headliner, when Diaz submitted McGregor in the second round.
Having released a pretty spine-tingling promo for the fight during Saturday’s UFC 201 broadcast, you can now watch an extended preview which features fresh interviews with the duo, as well as training footage and the mandatory contribution from Joe Rogan.
“I am going to play the exact same game,” says McGregor. “I am going to press forward, I’m going to butcher him on the feet, only I’m going to have a lot more in the tank this time. This is the one. This is where I put everything to rest.”
