Wales were beaten 1-0 at home by Bulgaria, with Ivelin Popov’s goal after half-time handed caretaker boss Brian Flynn a defeat. In Prague, meanwhile, the Czech Republic beat Scotland 1-0 thanks to Roman Hubnik’s effort with 20 minutes to go.
