IT’S A BIG night in the provincial U21 football championships with five games on around the country.

Welcome along to a big night of action in the provincial U21 football championships. Wednesday night football, let’s do this.

Here’s what’s in store tonight:

  • Munster U21FC quarter-final: Kerry v Cork, Tralee, 7.30pm
  • Munster U21FC quarter-final: Waterford v Tipperary, Dungarvan, 7.30pm
  • Connacht U21FC quarter-final: Mayo v Roscommon, Castlebar, 7.30pm.
  • Leinster U21FC quarter-final replay: Meath v Louth, Navan, 7.30pm
  • Ulster U21FC preliminary round: Derry v Cavan, Celtic Park, 8pm.

We’ll be focusing on the clash in Tralee between Kerry and Cork as our big game of the night. Some team news is that Cathal Vaughan is out of the Cork attack through injury with Alan Cadogan coming in to replace him.

Limerick will play Cork in the Munster U21 semi-final next Wednesday night while Tipperary will take on Clare.

So that leaves just the one game tonight that is still ongoing. We’ll keep an eye on that match between Cavan and Derry.
