County colours: here's your first look at the new Dublin jersey

Before you say it — no, it’s not the exact same as the old one.

THE DUBS HAVE a new jersey.

Denis Bastick and Eoghan O’Gara were in model mode this morning as they showcased the capital’s new look for next season.

In keeping with Dublin’s traditional county colours, the jersey has been redesigned to include some trendy navy sleeves and side panels.

And if you look closely enough, you’ll see that the sky blue front is textured — a “honeycomb,” or so we’re told.

The jersey will be available in stores from Friday, 7 December. Sorry to ruin your Christmas morning surprise, Dubs fans.
