This Kerry GAA pitch won't be hosting any matches anytime soon

Pat Spillane’s club’s pitch is not looking the best right now

BAD WEATHER IN South Kerry today has left one GAA pitch in particular looking worse for wear.

The Dromore Sportsfield, home of Templenoe GAA — the club of Kerry GAA great Pat Spillane — was the ground in question.

The club’s official Twitter account tweeted a pic of their second pitch, near the River Blackwater between Sneem and Kenmare in South Kerry, which was completely waterlogged.

Safe to say there won’t be any matches taking place on the pitch anytime soon.
