Chiefs rookie wide receiver returns punt to score 78-yard touchdown

Tyreek Hill was at it again as Kansas City toppled the Oakland Raiders to seize control of the AFL West.

THE KANSAS CITY Chiefs beat the Oakland Raiders 21-13 last night to edge ahead in the battle for the AFC West division.

The Chiefs scored all their points in the second quarter then held on leapfrog the Raiders in the division standings.

The teams have identical 10-3 records but Kansas are in front because of their head-to-head results.

The Chiefs seized control in the second quarter thanks to receiver-returner Tyreek Hill.

The rookie scored on a 36-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Alex Smith and added a 78-yard punt return for a touchdown.

Running back Charcandrick West also had a three-yard touchdown run.

Oakland quarterback Derek Carr completed just 17-of-41 passes for the Raiders, who had their six-game winning streak snapped.
