ENGLAND MANAGER FABIO Capello is wanted by Russian club side Anzhi Makhachkala, the cash rich outfit that recently made Samuel Eto’o the world’s best paid footballer.
While Capello does not wish to be distracted from Euro 2012 qualification and he has said before that the England job will be his last in football, the Daily Mail suggests that representatives from the Russian Premier League side are keen to meet him as soon as possible.
Billionaire businessman Suleyman Kerimov believes that the Italian is the right man to bring his club forward, with the top flight in Russia set to move to an autumn start next season.
While the FA have made it clear that Capello will be going nowhere before the start of the European Championships – should England qualify – they cannot prevent him from negotiating his future beyond the end of the tournament.
