FORMER ENGLAND INTERNATIONAL and British and Irish Lion, Brian Moore is recovering in a London hospital after suffering a heart attack.
The 55-year-old, capped 64 times by his country, thanked staff at St George’s Hospital for saving his life.
He tweeted on Saturday: “As this is starting to get out – I’m in ICU of St George’s having suffered heart attack. Thanks to the professionals who saved my life.”
Moore was part of the Lions squad for the tours of Australia and New Zealand in 1989 and 1993 respectively.
