TV3 HAVE SNAPPED up Graeme Souness as part of their Champions League punditry team.
The Liverpool legend has been a regular on RTÉ’s football panel but now makes the move to Tuesday nights in Ballymount where he will be joined by the likes of Gaizka Mendieta, Luis Garcia and Neil Lennon.
The announcement came today as TV3 revealed its autumn schedule for 2015/2016 with more good news for Irish sports fans.
Fight fans can continue to enjoy free-to-air coverage of the biggest UFC cards, including next month’s UFC Fight Night Dublin in the 3Arena and delayed coverage of Conor McGregor’s long-awaited title showdown against Jose Aldo.
A new series, Off The Ball Sporting Heroes, will see the presenters of Newstalk’s beloved nightly show interview their sporting heroes.
The hour-long programmes will see Ger Gilroy meet Roy Keane, Colm Parkinson with All-Ireland winning Donegal manager Jim McGuinness, and Joe Molloy with Pádraig Harrington.
