Next stop, France! Suited and booted Ireland squad embark on Euro 2016 adventure

Martin O’Neill and his Ireland players have this afternoon boarded their flight for France as the countdown to the team’s opening game continues.

Suited and booted, the players and management appeared to be in good spirits as they left Dublin for Versailles, where they will finalise preparations for Monday’s campaign opener against Sweden.

And the squad have since touched down safely, where their team bus awaits to take them to the luxury Trianon Palace hotel.
