NIALL BURKE IS back in the Galway team for Sunday’s Division 1A hurling league game against Clare.
The return of Burke is the only change from the side that defeated Tipperary last Sunday at Pearse Stadium.
Burke has endured injury difficulties so far this spring and is named at corner-forward for Sunday’s trip to Ennis to face the All-Ireland champions.
Manager Anthony Cunningham has resisted the temptation to bring back members of the Portumna side that won the AIB All-Ireland club title last Monday.
