Spurs and West Ham to win and three other Premier League bets to consider this weekend

We’ve also picked out a win treble of Chelsea, Manchester City and Leicester.

1. Tottenham to win north London derby (7/5)

SPURS HAVE LOST just one of their last seven Premier League games against their north London rivals at White Hart Lane.

Both sides fell to defeats on Wednesday and know that a derby win would be the perfect antidote for their midweek woes.

But the Gunners will travel to Tottenham without the calming presence of goalkeeper Petr Cech and that will surely unsettle Arsenal’s rearguard.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side lost to a good West Ham side during the week and you’d fancy them to get their title challenge back on track in one of the most eagerly-anticipated north London derbies in recent memory.

2. West Ham to win at Everton (41/10)

Slaven Bilic’s side are still hanging in there with the big boys, and Leicester, to relatively little fanfare too.

The club is buzzing after their excellent 1-0 win against Spurs during the week that kept them on the heels of Manchester United and Manchester City.

A top-six finish would be a remarkable achievement for the Hammers this season and Champions League football remains a possibility.

Their visit to Goodison Park is shaping up as one of the games of the weekend and odds of 41/10 to win look generous for a side that have already won at  Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool this season.

Everton have lost two of their last three Premier League games at Goodison, going down to Swansea and West Bromwich Albion.

3. Newcastle v Bournemouth to finish 1-1 (6/1)

There was no shortage of chances when these teams met earlier in the season and Steve McClaren’s side somehow left England’s south coast with three points following a remarkable 1-0 win.

Ayoze Perez scored the only goal of the game with Newcastle’s sole shot on target while Irish goalkeeper Rob Elliot was excellent at the other end.

With just 11 games to get themselves out of the relegation zone Newcastle desperately need to start winning games but they are still leaking too many goals.

They have lost just two of their last 10 home fixtures but you’d fancy Bournemouth to get a goal at St James’s Park against a porous Newcastle defence which could be without Fabricio Coloccini (hamstring) this weekend.

4. Treble — Chelsea, Manchester City (-2) and Leicester all to win (9/1)

Chelsea have won all seven of their Premier League matches against Stoke City at Stamford Bridge and you’d expect them to continue that trend this weekend.

Guus Hiddink has steadied the ship and Chelsea are unbeaten in 11 Premier League games under his stewardship.

Manchester City will be hurting after their midweek loss to Liverpool and you’d expect them to bounce back with a comfortable home win against a woeful Aston Villa this weekend.

Leicester’s away record speaks for itself; 10 wins and just two losses in their last 17 away games. And with Watford’s recent troubles in front of goal you’d expect the Foxes to edge a win here.

5. Both teams to score in Sunderland v Southampton (11/10)

Sunderland’s 8-0 defeat at St Mary’s last season was their worst ever loss in the Premier League.

They might only have drawn with Crystal Palace during the week but that was enough to lift them out of the relegation zone and raise spirits around the club. It’s been a difficult week on Wearside with the Adam Johnson trial dominating the headlines.

Ronald Koeman’s Saints have been wobbling of late; they’ve lost their last two Premier League games and could drop into the wrong side of the table this weekend.

Sunderland tend to score on their travels but they have the joint-worst defence in the league (with Norwich) so it’s hard to see them keeping a clean sheet here.

Both teams to score looks like decent value.
