VIDEO: David Luiz smiles as Rafael gets sent off

The Chelsea star was criticised by Alex Ferguson for appearing exaggerate his injury following today’s game.

CHELSEA STAR DAVID Luiz has come under fire, after appearing to exaggerate a foul on him which led to United defender Rafael being sent off.

The centre-back was also seen to be smiling as he lay on the ground, in an incident for which he received criticism from Alex Ferguson among others.
