IN WHAT WAS an incredible day of football in many ways, the QPR-Man City game in particular provided plenty of drama.
Centre of attention, as usual, was Joey Barton, who got himself sent off for his involvement in an off-the-ball clash with Carlos Tevez.
The controversial midfielder attempted to plead his case with the referee, before kicking Sergio Aguero – an incident that will likely double his suspension period.
Man City ultimately won the game 3-2, winning the Premier League title in the process, while QPR avoided relegation despite losing the game, after Bolton failed to beat Stoke.
