STOKE TODAY CONFIRMED the signing of former Real Madrid frontman Jese Rodriguez on a season-long loan.
The 24-year old moves to Stoke from PSG, becoming the club’s sixth signing of the transfer window following moves for Darren Fletcher, Kurt Zouma, Maxim Choupa-Moting, Bruno Martins Indi and Josh Tymon.
Rodriguez is a two-time Champions League winner and joins four other winners of Europe’s premier club competition in Stoke; Fletcher (Manchester United), Bojan (Barcelona), Xherdan Shaqiri (Bayern Munich) and Ibrahim Afellay (Barcelona).
Stoke announced his signing with the following video:

Rodriguez spent nine seasons with Real Madrid, scoring 12 goals in 62 La Liga appearances, and was part of their Champions League winning squads in 2014 and 2016.
Last summer he completed a £22million switch to PSG, but struggled to make an impact in Paris and spent the second half of the season back in La Liga on loan with Las Palmas.
Meanwhile, Joselu has left Stoke for Newcastle in a deal believed to be worth €5.5 million
