Johnny Sexton: Ireland's 10 hoping to pull the strings on another big win. Dan Sheridan/INPHO
Round 4

Poll: Who will win tonight's Six Nations clash between Wales and Ireland?

Kick-off can’t come quickly enough.

THE LIGHTS ARE on, the roof is closed, and by 10pm tonight we’ll know if Ireland’s Six Nations dream is alive or dead in the water for another year.

The trip to Cardiff’s Principality Stadium is one which Joe Schmidt’s side simply cannot afford to lose if they want to play anything more than a spoiler’s role against England on the final weekend.

But they’re up against a Wales side whose pride has been stung fiercely by two defeats in their opening three games, and by the criticism that they’ve had to face down ever since.

Both sides are unchanged from their Round 3 outings against Scotland and France respectively, and so the bookies expect it to be nothing more than a three-point game, that slight edge favouring Ireland.

So we’re asking…

Who will win tonight’s Six Nations clash between Wales and Ireland?
