Cooking up a storm: Leinster players set for shift at Nando's

Brian O’Driscoll and the lads will be showing off their culinary skills in Dundrum tomorrow.

HAVE YOU EVER wanted to try the unique experience of eating food served by your favourite Leinster players?

Me neither.

Nonetheless, Brian O’Driscoll, Rob Kearney, Luke Fitzgerald, Sean O’Brien, Fergus McFadden, and Eoin O’Malley will all take part in one two-hour shift at Nando’s in Dundrum Town Centre this Wednesday from 8.00pm to 10.00pm, according to sosueme.ie.

Between supporting Gaza aid flotillas and running amok in posh hotels, the Irish players have been busy during their break from rugby, and on this occasion, the Heineken Cup winners will cook, host and serve Nando’s famous chicken dishes and the proceeds from the event will all be going to Temple Street Children’s Hospital.

Access to the restaurant will be on a first-come-first-served basis and anyone who doesn’t eat up all their dinner will have Jamie Heaslip to contend with.
