One of the NFL's best players took a haymaker to the face in a joint practise session

THERE’S A LONG-ISH history of two NFL teams coming together before the start of the regular season to hold joint practises.

Indeed, some coaches claim they’re more valuable to their team than actual pre-season games.

However, there’s also a long-ish history of those same practises turning into mass brawls.

That was the case last night when the St. Louis Rams and Dallas Cowboys came together to see if they could work something out.

They couldn’t, and Dez Bryant — one of the NFL’s top two wide receivers — ended up taking a massive punch to the face from Rams’ full back Zach Laskey.
