St Michael’s lead 14-10 at half-time and held on despite a fightback from their opponents to clinch victory and set up a final meeting with Blackrock College.

Meanwhile in Clanwilliam, Rockwell College defeated St Munchin’s 13-6 in the semi-final of the Munster Schools Senior Cup.
They now go forward to bid for their third successive title in what will be the school’s fifth successive final.
