Drogheda 2-2 Galway United
Second-half goals by Mark Doyle and a Sean Brennan – the latter’s a free-kick – rescued a share of the spoils for Drogheda at home to Galway who remain one place below them in the First Division Table.
A 17th-minute goal by Eoin McCormark and an own goal by Drogs’ defender Kevin Farragher gave the visitors a 2-0 lead, but quickfire goals after the break by Doyle and Brennan keep Drogheda six clear of the westerners.

Shelbourne 3-1 Cobh Ramblers
Shels left it fairly late but two goals within three minutes from Alan Byrne and James English guided them past Cobh and up to third place ahead of Drogheda on goal difference.
English had already given the hosts the lead at Tolka Park after just three minutes only for a deflected shot by Ramblers forward Chris Hull beat Dean Delany to level proceedings approaching the half-hour mark.
English’s second, a penalty, gave the hosts a cushion for the last 13 minutes. The result keeps Shels within two points of Finn Harps in second spot.

UCD 4-1 Cabinteely
A stunning strike from Marty Waters cancelled out Gary O’Neill’s penalty on the half-hour in Roebuck but table-toppers UCD powered to a 4-1 win in the end.
Near half-time, Yoyo Mahdy put the finishing touches on a Neil Farrugia tee-up to restore the Students’ lead, while two emphatic second-half finishes by Jason McClelland kept UCD seven clear of Finn Harps and moved them another step towards promotion.

Finn Harps 3-0 Wexford
Two first-half goals from Michael Place and Jesse Devers and one in the second half by Sam Todd gave Harps a comfortable 3-0 win over second-from-bottom Wexford at Finn Park.
Midfielder Mark Slater hit the bar with a header for Wexford but that was about as good as it got for the Leinstermen as the hosts remained two clear of Shels.
NEW RECORD - Tonight's 3-0 victory for @FinnHarpsFC over @WexfordFC was Hatps' 6th successive clean sheet, a new club record. Well done @CiaranGall1 #harpsfacts
